Since all of our products are made to order, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We may grant exchanges/refunds depending on the situation, we only allow 72 HOURS for an exchange/refund due to damage- after 72 hours have passed we have no way to guarantee the items were not used. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customer's package is returned to us, we will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging us immediately about any defects that may appear on the item. We will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond our control.
